AI Native Product Engineer & Orchestrator (all gender)

As an AI Native Product Engineer, you embed with enterprise clients to design and deliver scalable AI-native workflows. You bridge technology and product thinking, shaping solutions that work for real users and businesses. You will lead workshops, prototype novel ideas, and drive decisions from conception to production across cross-functional teams. This role focuses on building reliable, enterprise-grade AI systems that scale and adapt to client needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to turn vision into tangible outcomes.

• Product orchestration: translate business needs into orchestrated AI workflows with stakeholders
• Agent architecture & engineering: develop enterprise-ready AI agents including routing, tool invocation, and observability
• Creative problem solving: prototype solutions blending technical rigor with user-centered design
• AI platform integration: create abstraction layers across AI providers to enable multi-provider pipelines
• Cloud-native product & software engineering: apply Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability
• Domain-specific workflows: deploy agentic applications across industries like finance, healthcare, and retail
• Storytelling & communication: run design workshops and communicate tradeoffs to executives and engineers
• Measure & improve: define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost
• Knowledge sharing: produce reusable patterns, docs, and best practices for assets and roadmaps

• 3–5 years in cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless)
• Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production
• Strong experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C#, with familiarity in evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability
• Experience deploying to production with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging
• Excellent client communication in German and English and cross-stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; AI certifications or agentic tool experience is a plus
