Industrialization Engineer (all gender)

In this role you work within the aviation MRO and technical implementation space, helping industrialize measures from maintenance and change documentation during flight operations. You will coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality and production to ensure conformity and implement improvements. You’ll analyze drawings and documentation to drive implementation and process optimization, supporting fault analysis and continuous improvement. This position offers hands-on impact in military aviation programmes and a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Support maintenance, MRO and technical implementation in the aviation sector, focusing on military transport aircraft (e.g., A400M)
• Industrialize technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation during ongoing flight operations
• Analyse technical documentation and drawings to derive implementation and introduction measures
• Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality and production
• Support the introduction of measures into existing processes ensuring conformity and compliance
• Contribute to workflow, process and technical standard optimization within the MRO environment
• Support fault analysis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities

• Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Initial professional experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation within aviation; exposure to military aviation programs (e.g., A400M) preferred
• Strong ability to read, understand and assess technical drawings and documentation
• Initial exposure to technical changes, modifications or maintenance activities
• Experience in a continued airworthiness or CAMO environment is an advantage

• Good English skills; Spanish is a plus
