AI Researcher - Post-Training (f/m/d)

In this Senior Researcher role you help advance enterprise-grade coding agents by combining static analysis with cutting-edge LLM post-training. You’ll work in a cross-disciplinary team to translate research into practical, customer-ready products. You’ll stay at the forefront of LLM and agentic developments, explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences. • Develop and implement products enabling post-trained models to power agentic coding practices
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and MLOps to turn prototypes into viable products
• Contribute ideas to drive next-generation coding model post-training for enterprises
• Stay up-to-date with LLM and agentic developments and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning
• Fluency with Python and core ML frameworks; experience with Rust or flagship languages (C#, C++, JS/TS, Java) a plus
• Expertise in post-training of large language models: PPO/GRPO, RLVR, SFT, PEFT, data-centric AI methods

• Excellent communication in English
