AI Senior Consultant (w/m/x)

In this role you drive the market positioning of AI solutions across DACH, shaping business cases and translating priorities into actionable AI initiatives. You work closely with Sales, Industry Leaders, and partners to bring differentiated AI offerings to market and accelerate adoption. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, run workshops, and ensure responsible AI across projects. This is a chance to influence AI transformation at scale within a global services firm.

• Support the AI go-to-market strategy across DACH and identify, qualify, and shape AI opportunities aligned with client priorities
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and facilitate workshops to identify high-value AI and Generative AI use cases
• Develop business cases, value propositions, transformation roadmaps, translating challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Support presales activities including solution shaping, proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and executive meetings
• Contribute to development and commercialization of new AI offerings (agentic AI, Service-as-Software, AI-enabled managed services, co-innovation models)
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, data, and technology partners to connect industry needs with reusable capabilities
• Contribute to market research, thought leadership, events, and pipeline development
• Ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements across solutions

• 5+ years in consulting, professional services, technology, digital transformation, or client-facing environment
• 3+ years of AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation experience, incl. Generative AI
• Experience identifying and shaping AI-enabled business opportunities
• Experience with presales, workshops, solution shaping, proposals, or client presentations
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with a commercial mindset
• Fluency in German and English, willingness to work across DACH and Europe
