AI Strategy Consultant Trainer (60–100%)
About AI Bridge AI Bridge helps organisations build real, practical AI competence. We work with SMEs, mid-sized enterprise companies, and public sector organisations across Switzerland, supporting leadership teams on their strategic AI journey and helping employees use AI tools effectively, safely, and confidently in their daily work.
We’re a team of 12 with backgrounds in tech, business, marketing, HR, data science, and legal. People describe us as sympathisch, warm, and approachable. We care deeply about quality, relationships, and making things work well without unnecessary complexity. We practice what we preach: we use AI in our own work every day and lead the way for our clients. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an AI Strategy Consultant Trainer who can guide leadership teams through the strategic side of AI, both in the training or workshop room and inside their organisations.
THE ROLE
- Delivering AI management and leadership trainings for executives and decision-makers, covering AI's strategic implications, opportunities, and risks — grounded in how the technology actually works — and taking ownership of core formats like our AI Management Seminar
- Running and increasingly leading AI strategy projects built on our methodology: maturity assessments, use case ideation workshops, governance setup, strategy workshops, and AI roadmaps
- Acting as a translator between business and technology: turning business goals into realistic AI opportunities, and explaining technical trade-offs to leadership in language they can act on
- Managing client relationships for your projects: understanding their context and ambitions, identifying where AI creates genuine value, and shaping the engagement accordingly
- Practicing what you teach: applying our methodology inside AI Bridge so you always speak from your own experience
- Developing and updating training and workshop content: slides, frameworks, and facilitation materials
- Staying on top of how AI is reshaping strategy, governance, and ways of working — and feeding that, along with insights from your projects, back into our materials and methodology
- Representing AI Bridge professionally as the face of the company for your clients, and occasionally contributing to internal formats and networking events
The role is based in Zürich. Trainings and workshops take place mostly across German-speaking Switzerland.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Real experience with AI, machine learning, or data projects that goes well beyond using GenAI tools — whether a few formative projects or many years of them. You understand what it takes to get AI working in an organisation. A degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, engineering, or similar is a big plus, though not a must.
- Project experience that includes things not going to plan. You know firsthand where AI initiatives get hard: data, expectations, organisational reality, and you've learned from it.
- An instinct for translating between business and technical worlds. Experience as an AI translator or in a similar bridging role is ideal, but the instinct is what counts.
- You think strategically and are comfortable with executive audiences. You see how AI connects to an organisation's goals, structure, and people — and if you're not yet fully credible in a room of senior decision-makers, it's something you can grow into.
- Experience facilitating workshops or trainings, and an understanding of how groups, ideally leadership teams, learn and decide. Formal grounding in workshop methodology (e.g. Workshopper Master certification) is a plus.
- You're warm, clear, and confident in front of a room without being performative. You make people feel capable and clear-headed rather than overwhelmed.
- You're genuinely service-oriented, you take ownership of your work, and you take feedback seriously.
- You're reliable, well-organized, and respectful of the brand you represent.
- Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
- You might come from consulting, a data/AI delivery role, or a strategy function. We care more about how you think, translate, and engage than where exactly you come from. Few people tick every box, and your level will shape which of these matter most. Whether you’re a seasoned consultant or earlier in your journey, if you bring the mindset and the appetite to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT WE OFFER
- High-impact client engagements with genuine ownership, plus structured onboarding and coaching so you can hit the ground running.
- Autonomy and scope from the start, with a clear path to full project ownership and C-level work.
- A smart, diverse team that genuinely cares about what it does and challenges your thinking from many angles.
- A varied client portfolio across industries and sectors, from SMEs to mid-sized enterprises and public sector organisations.
- The freedom to shape engagements and formats based on where you see the most potential.
- A base at Technopark Zürich with flexible working hours. We care about the quality of your work, not when or where you do it.
