Independent Consultant – Food Safety Auditor / Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct hygiene and food safety audits
• Assess on-site practices and identify areas for improvement
• Train teams on hygiene best practices and regulatory requirements
• Support establishments in their compliance processes
• Prepare audit reports and associated action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Quality, Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in auditing, training, or consultancy in food safety
• Independent contractor status (freelance, sole trader/auto-entrepreneur, or company)
• Valid driving license (category B) and access to a personal vehicle
• Laptop or tablet for preparing reports
• Knowledge of HACCP and regulatory requirements
