Job Responsibilities

• Developing the integration of compute-in-memory to neural engines.
• Collaborating closely with customers on STCO.
• Co‑design of hardware and software architectures to maximize efficiency.
• Integrating technology‑specific insights into system‑level decision‑making.
• Achieving synergy across key areas, including energy efficiency, computational throughput, thermal management, and manufacturability.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product or program management, with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI hardware for real‑world applications, and a proven track record of successful deployment in production environments.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Practical experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) models.
