AI Transformation Lead (m/f/d)

In this role you will define and execute a company-wide AI strategy that aligns business goals with innovation. You will lead transformational AI projects, build scalable structures, and deliver measurable value across the organization. You’ll drive AI adoption, governance, and an AI-first mindset by collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and drive adoption to reduce manual work and improve quality and cycle times
• Deliver measurable business impact through AI initiatives (productivity, efficiency, revenue, faster processes)
• Create reusable AI tools (agents, prompt libraries, governance playbooks) to enable scalable adoption
• Lead AI governance (AI Gremium) to prioritize use cases, allocate resources, ensure ROI and clear delivery
• Operationalize AI with a scalable, governed operating model and lifecycle standards
• Transform workflows by integrating AI into processes with process owners
• Foster AI literacy and an AI-first mindset through collaboration with HR and leadership
• Define and track metrics (adoption, productivity uplift, cycle-time reduction, quality, business impact)
• Ensure secure and responsible AI adoption by coordinating with legal, security, and data protection teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and engineering teams

• 5+ years in AI, digital or productivity transformation with leadership exposure
• Proven track record of scaling AI or automation initiatives from concept to adoption
• Ability to drive measurable business impact (productivity, efficiency, growth)
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, tech, and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI (LLMs, agents, automation) with a pragmatic mindset
• Strong focus on execution, adoption, and change management
• Excellent communication skills and fluent professional English
