Analyst, Investment Analyst – Real Estate Investing

Greystar is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Frankfurt. In this role, you’ll support the investment function by analyzing opportunities and conducting market research. You’ll work closely with senior professionals and help prepare investment memos. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in real estate and finance.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior professionals in preparing investment memos and recommendations.
• Gather and analyze market data to find investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and create detailed models.
• Manage due diligence processes and closings.
• Assist with asset management of existing portfolio assets.

What You Need

• Degree in a related analytical subject.
• Initial experience in real estate and finance.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Ability to analyze and present complex data.
• Fluency in English and German.
