In this role you support the Medical team to shape safe, high-quality digital healthcare. You collaborate across functions to develop telemedical guidelines, patient journeys, and medical content while translating scientific evidence into products and processes. You’ll contribute to medical research, risk management, and quality initiatives, helping ensure safe, effective telemedicine at scale. This is an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge beyond traditional practice and gain hands-on digital health experience.

• Support development and ongoing improvement of medical procedures, telemedical guidelines, and diagnostic tools based on current evidence
• Perform medical and scientific research across therapeutic areas and summarize findings for internal teams
• Assist Risk Management, Post Market Surveillance, and CAPA activities from a medical perspective
• Help maintain standardized patient journeys for safe and high-quality telemedical care
• Review medical content, patient information, and advertising claims for medical accuracy and compliance
• Assist in analyzing patient safety, quality, and risk data with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with doctors from various specialties on interdisciplinary medical and quality projects
• Document and implement medical processes, SOPs, and internal quality standards
• Monitor medical-scientific developments and translate findings into products and processes
• Serve as medical contact for internal teams and support medical training and knowledge sharing

• Medical degree completed
• German Approbation ideally or in the process of obtaining it
• Interest in digital health, telemedicine, and innovative healthcare models
• Ability to quickly familiarize with new medical topics and literature
• Structured, analytical work style with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on, ownership attitude
• Enjoys collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across Medical, Product, Quality, Tech, and Operations
• English communication; German skills are a strong plus
• Previous experience in clinical practice, research, digital health, or start-up environment is a plus but not required
