Area Sales Manager Germany- Aluminium Systems

Our Client is one of the leading European manufacturers of aluminium systems for the construction industry. Due to dynamic growth and ambitious expansion plans in the German market, we are looking for experienced sales professionals to join the team and drive business development across Germany.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities across the German market
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, fabricators, architects and key customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Monitor sales performance and market trends
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
• Support the implementation of annual sales and marketing plans
• Cooperate closely with internal sales support and marketing teams

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in sales of aluminium systems or aluminium solutions for the construction industry (required)
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to develop new business
• Experience working with distributors and B2B customers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• English will be considered an advantage
• Independent and proactive approach to work
• Willingness to travel within Germany
