Ascend Practice Management Trainer (Fully Remote)

• You will deliver training to dental practices on practice management software, both remotely and onsite.
• You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer adoption and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate remote and onsite training sessions using standardized curricula.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Provide mentorship and shadowing opportunities for new employees.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in customer training, software implementation, or dental technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
