Assistant Relationship Manager Analyst

In this role you support the Corporate Desk Team at the Frankfurt Branch, helping RMs promote banking products and monitor portfolio profitability and risk. You will assist with data collection, KYC, and financial analysis while coordinating with Italian and international relationship structures. You ensure timely, compliant execution and contribute to client interactions and performance evaluations. • Support RM in promoting commercial banking products and services to customers
• Assist in monitoring profitability, commercial and risk objectives of the portfolio
• Help evaluate customer operational trends and economic performance; support corrective measures
• Interact with Network relationship structures in Italy and abroad for reference customers
• Ensure work quality and deadlines by intervening in urgent transactions
• Verify compliance with operational processes and company regulations
• Support client relationship activities (data collection, data processing, KYC, data analysis, benchmarking and modelling) and coordinate with RMs in client interactions

• 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Credit and analytical skills
• Fluency in Italian and English; German a plus
