Associate (AI) Solution Consultant - Orbit Program

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and business, crafting AI-enabled Celonis solutions for strategic customers. You’ll prototyped solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and guide adoption and value realization to expand Celonis footprint. Located in Madrid with potential relocation to Munich, you’ll collaborate with a global Value Engineering team and partner ecosystem to drive ROI from AI deployments at scale.

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: translate customer needs into innovative, high-impact AI solutions
• Hackathons & Prototyping: rapidly build prototypes using cutting-edge AI tech for business problems
• Agentic Process Transformation: enable autonomous AI agents to shift operations toward AI-enabled processes
• Proof Projects: execute end-to-end value-focused projects showing ROI of Celonis PI platform
• Domain/Industry specialization: develop domain expertise (e.g., supply chain) to scale knowledge
• Business Impact Presentations: quantify and present strategic value to executives
• Ensure Successful Project Outcome: maintain project trajectory until value/adoption thresholds are reached
• Best Practice Modeling: create reusable collateral, practices, and tools

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field
• Excellent academic performance
• 1-2 years of internship or full-time experience in a business-technology context
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, etc.)
• Strong Python knowledge and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Experience with data engineering tools and technologies
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Fluent German and English
