Associate Director in Finance - M&A - Wealth - Real Estate (M&F)

As part of our expansion, we are seeking independent consultants to represent our services within their networks.

1) Your Role

As an Independent Consultant for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth, you act as a trusted liaison between your network and the group.

Depending on your expertise, you will be responsible for:

• Introducing Hetmos to executives, investors, high-net-worth families, and influencers;
• Identifying opportunities in M&A, strategic real estate, and wealth structuring;
• Qualifying needs and initiating the relationship before handing it off to our teams;
• Representing the group with a demeanor and communication aligned with premium standards;
• Building lasting relationships with your contacts and the group

2) Desired Profiles

We are primarily looking for networks and professional presence, more than CVs.

Experienced Profiles

• Consultants, bankers, wealth management advisors, lawyers, real estate agents, executives, family office advisors
• Active network of executives, investors, or decision-making clients
• Comfortable with confidential matters and high financial stakes
• Early-career candidates with qualified introductions
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural credibility
• Ability to open doors, even without initial technical expertise

No prior expertise in M&A, real estate, or wealth management is required: we train and support all our consultants.
