Overview

As MSL Lead, you drive the Medical Affairs strategy for hematology & nephrology in Germany, leading a team of Medical Science Liaisons to deliver high-quality scientific engagement. You translate medical strategy into actionable field plans, guide stakeholder engagement, and ensure patient perspectives inform activities. You coach and develop your MSL team to achieve medical objectives while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies. Your leadership shapes evidence-based medical care standards and supports local and global medical goals. You join a mission-driven environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead, coach, and develop the MSL team; conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and talent retention; define resource needs
Maintain deep scientific expertise in hematologic and nephrologic diseases; build relationships with key HCPs and professional bodies
Develop and execute local Medical Affairs strategies for marketed and pipeline products; lead regional medical education initiatives
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance; support medical information, evidence generation, publications, registries, and investigator-initiated studies; manage budget
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Global teams; deliver internal scientific training; support reimbursement and clinical research feasibility

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs
4+ years as an MSL Lead or comparable role
Proven leadership in coaching and developing MSL teams
Proven strategic thinking; ability to prioritize resources based on business and patient needs
Ability to translate medical strategy into actionable field plans
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Good communication and convincing skills
