Associate Director, Patient Services Promotions

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of tactics related to myBeOne Support
• Drive program awareness and understanding for internal and external audiences
• Support development and execution of patient support programs
• Strengthen integration across patients and healthcare providers
• Translate field insights and customer needs into a value proposition
• Lead development and execution of patient services materials
• Manage end-to-end promotional material lifecycle
• Support development of personal and non-personal marketing programs
• Identify promotional and strategic opportunities within distribution and specialty pharmacy partners
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams
• Partner with business analytics to monitor performance of patient services and promotional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
• 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
• Experience in patient services / patient support
• Experience in market access / reimbursement
• Experience in marketing / promotional strategy
• Experience in digital / non personal promotion
• Product launch experience preferred
• Oncology or specialty therapeutics experience strongly preferred
