Associate Partner – International Market Expansion

Experience: 5–7 years in BD, consulting, or market entry

We work across MENA, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America—connecting ambitious companies with the strategic expertise and local insights they need to scale globally.

Headquartered in Dubai with offices in Germany, Kuala Lumpur, and Mexico City, we're building a distributed, talent-driven practice. Our approach combines deep market knowledge with hands-on execution support—from go-to-market strategy to on-the-ground implementation and ongoing advisory.

About The Role

We're looking for a senior partner to build and lead our German practice. You'll own two core responsibilities: bringing in client projects and recruiting talent to execute them. You prospect companies looking to enter new markets, deliver strategy and execution support, manage client relationships, and grow a team of consultants.

You manage the full cycle: business development → project delivery → team leadership.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and close deals with companies expanding into new markets
• Scope market entry projects and develop proposals
• Recruit and build a team of practitioners to execute projects
• Manage client relationships and project delivery
• Coordinate with our global team (Dubai, KL, Mexico City)
• Build a referral network and talent pipeline in Germany

About You

• 5–7 years in business development, consulting, or comparable roles
• Proven track record closing mid-market or enterprise deals
• You've led or managed consultants or project teams
• Strong at high-touch prospecting and relationship building
• You understand market entry: regulation, culture, competition, operations
• Strong analytical and C-suite communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Interested in building a regional practice, not just hitting individual targets

Partnership Model

• Build and manage the German practice as an equal partner
• Revenue participation for: a) projects you source and bring in, or b) projects you execute in the name of Expandeers in your territory
• We handle operations, contracting, strategic support, and global coordination
