Associate Project Manager – Technical (m/f/d)

In this role you will own and streamline delivery across multiple engagements, driving projects from kick-off to closure in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage governance and financials, and serve as a proactive point of contact for customers. The position supports continuous improvement and knowledge capture to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. • Manage and track coordination across 10–15 parallel projects using Red Hat delivery processes
• Lead full delivery lifecycle from kick-off to formal closure
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies per governance standards
• Maintain up-to-date project docs (status reports, RAID logs, meeting summaries)
• Act as a proactive, customer-facing point of contact; manage expectations and push back diplomatically
• Support workshops, design sessions, and technical delivery checkpoints
• Follow established methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across engagements
• Monitor project financials (hours, burn rate, consumption); handle invoicing and reporting
• Coordinate with Services, Sales, Support, and Partners for smooth task execution
• Capture lessons learned and support retrospectives for continuous improvement
• Escalate blockers when needed and provide general admin support to the team
