Associate, Recruiting in Munich or Dusseldorf

In this role you support Bain’s Intern Hire Team to attract top consulting interns across Germany and Austria. You act as the central contact for candidates through the Talent Journey, from university events to assessment days, and you manage pre-selection and logistics of assessment activities. You’ll design and run campus recruiting initiatives and flagship events, collaborating with colleagues to advance intern hiring strategies. Your work helps convert campus talent into Bain consultants while delivering measurable insights to stakeholders. • Serve as the central point of contact for candidates throughout the Talent Journey, from initial outreach to assessment-day support
• Oversee pre-selection of promising candidates for the selection process and manage assessment-day planning, execution, and follow-up
• Conceptualize, plan, and run campus activities and flagship recruiting events to advance intern hiring
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and concepts for intern recruitment
• Provide recruiting-related support to internal consultants and answer queries
• Prepare analyses along the Talent Journey and present findings to key stakeholders

• University degree in business administration, social sciences or law (ideally with HR focus)
• Initial experience in recruiting and/or campus marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office; data analytics knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent German and English, both spoken and written
