Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to associate therapists helping students overcome anxiety, depression, and stress.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical license in Washington (LMHC) and 1+ year of supervision experience.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and strong communication skills.
• Preferred: bilingual Spanish, CBT/DBT training, or school-based background.
• Flexible scheduling and remote work from anywhere in Washington.
• $110-$150 per hour for supervision, with free CEUs and full administrative support.
