Associate Operations Director - Integrated Care (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across Integrated Care services in a fully remote environment.
• Lead a team supporting administrative and member services, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 10-12 operations professionals with workforce planning and coaching.
• Oversee reporting, escalations, and performance monitoring against KPIs.
• Drive process optimization and implement new programs aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of operational leadership in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Strong leadership in managing distributed teams and complex operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
