New Associate Director of Paid Media, Performance Video (Fully Remote)

• Lead performance video growth, starting with YouTube and expanding into streaming, linear TV, Meta, TikTok, and other video platforms.
• Own execution, P&L, pacing, reporting, creative testing, and operating cadence.

What You'll Own:

• P&L and performance for Insurance YouTube campaigns with a target of 2x run rate at 110% ROAS.
• In-platform execution in Google Ads, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, and testing frameworks.
• Multi-vertical scaling across auto, home, health, ACA, Medicare, and other call-based products.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
• 3+ years scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok with budgets over $20M/year.
• Experience in lead gen niches like insurance, financial services, or health.
• Technical mastery in Google/YouTube Ads architecture and analytics.
• P&L ownership and creative strategy connecting customer psychology to performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
