Associate Director, Customer Success (Fully Remote)

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Set clear goals and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp new CSMs as the team grows.
• Own the health and retention of the Commercial & SMB portfolio.
• Run recurring risk and renewal review cadence.
• Ensure every at-risk account has a clear action plan and owner.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

• Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Deal Desk for renewals and expansions.
• Translate customer feedback into recommendations for Product and Support.
• Represent the voice of the customer in strategic discussions.
