Associate (w/m/d) im Bereich Corporate, M&A & Securities
Was erwartet Sie

• Beraten Sie nationale und internationale Mandanten bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen, Corporate‑Strukturierungen und komplexen M&A‑Transaktionen
• Planen und begleiten Sie Unternehmenskäufe, Beteiligungserwerbe, Joint Ventures sowie weitere strategische Transaktionen in unterschiedlichen Branchen
• Unterstützen Sie Geschäftsleiter und Entscheidungsträger bei strategischen Weichenstellungen sowie anspruchsvollen Fragen der Corporate Governance, ESG, Organhaftung und Compliance
• Führen Sie rechtliche Due‑Diligence‑Prüfungen durch, identifizieren Sie Risiken und unterstützen Sie Mandanten bei der Verhandlung und Umsetzung von M&A‑Transaktionen
  

Was uns überzeugt

• Ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium und Referendariat mit überdurchschnittlichen Examina sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, die Sie sicher in der täglichen Arbeit anwenden
• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Corporate/ M&A, idealerweise in einer international tätigen Kanzlei sind von Vorteil
• Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Herangehensweise
• Durch Ihr Interesse für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge können Sie unseren Mandanten eine vollumfassende Beratung bieten
• Die Begeisterung für juristisch anspruchsvolle Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und globalen Netzwerk
