Associate (w/m/d) im Bereich Regulatory

Was erwartet Sie

• Sie beraten nationale und internationale Mandanten im Zusammenhang mit Fremdkapitalmarkttransaktionen, z. B. bei Anleiheemissionen und im Zusammenhang mit strukturierten Finanzprodukten
• Sie unterstützen bei der Implementierung, Auslegung und Einhaltung relevanter Finanzmarktregulierung (wie MiFID II, MiCA, CRD VI, EMIR)
• Sie unterstützen im Zusammenhang mit Inhaberkontrollverfahren, Erlaubnisverfahren und Freistellungsverfahren
• Sie führen juristische Recherchen zu Marktpraktiken, Gesetzesänderungen und regulatorischen Entwicklungen durch und bringen Ihr Wissen in die Mandatsarbeit ein
• Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Praxisgruppen und dem globalen Netzwerk zusammen, pflegen Mandantenbeziehungen und beteiligen sich am internen Wissensaustausch

Was uns überzeugt

• Ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Examina sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Wünschenswert: LL.M. oder Promotion
• Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im Aufsichtsrecht, vorzugsweise in einer international tätigen Kanzlei
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
• Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und professionelles Auftreten – auch im internationalen Umfeld
