Attorney — International Finance, Infrastructure, Energy & Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Advising on primarily cross-border financings
• Supporting offshore wind projects in Taiwan or Poland
• Participating in data center and battery storage projects across Europe
• Structuring, documenting and executing financing transactions
• Collaborating within an international team

Requirements

• Completion of both German state law examinations with at least the grade 'vollbefriedigend' (satisfactory)
• Excellent command of English
• Preferably 3–5 years' professional experience
• Enthusiasm for demanding legal work and negotiations
• Solution-oriented, holistic thinker with a structured working style
• Enjoys working in a team
