The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking, and more. The role requires leadership in knowledge sharing, guidance, and technical expertise, and strong collaboration with customers and teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable distributed software.
• Provide deeper functionality and solutions that address customer needs.
• Work closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams through the agile software development lifecycle.
• Continuously groom features and user stories, estimate and identify technical risks, and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and updates of third‑party components.
• Coach and mentor engineers to design and implement secure, highly available distributed software.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Automation frameworks and related data‑structure languages: Ansible (preferred)
• Python / Shell scripting
• YAML, JSON
• API integration (REST, JSON, webhooks)

Complementary Skills

• Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• IT infrastructure general knowledge (servers, network devices, storage, database, middleware, etc.)
• Monitoring & observability tools: Dynatrace, Zabbix, Solarwinds, etc.
• ITSM platforms: ServiceNow, Ivanti
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, OCI

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking (critical for correlation/use cases)
• Problem‑solving mindset
• Strong communication with technical and functional teams
• Continuous learning and adaptability

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
