What you will do:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries – Manage demanding cases such as invoice generation, pre‑accounting setup, blocked integrations with accounting software, OCR‑related issues, account closures, and extended due diligence checks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Provide customer and accountant support – Assist customers with questions and issues related to payments, transfers, and account activity, delivering timely and solution‑oriented support.
  • Work with internal knowledge bases – Efficiently navigate internal documentation and tools to provide accurate information and professional guidance.
  • Contribute to process improvement – Identify recurring topics and patterns in customer requests and share insights to help improve workflows, tools, and the overall customer experience.

What skills are needed:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑oriented role, preferably in financial services, accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluent French with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling complex or legally sensitive topics.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment.
