Bilingual Collections Specialist (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Increase collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department.
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring loans to current status.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation

• $19.00/hr + bonus.
• Remote US-based position.
