Senior Purchasing Specialist (Bilingual English/Mandarin) (Fully Remote)

• Manage end-to-end purchasing operations and vendor onboarding within NetSuite.
• Monitor purchase order workflows and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Support month-end close activities and drive improvements in procurement processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of procurement experience in a regulated industry such as biotech or life sciences.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• Competitive salary range of $90,000 – $115,000 USD per year.
