Business Development Manager, DACH

• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and closing of inbound partner leads
• Generate interest via outbound prospecting to fill your pipeline
• Communicate skilfully with potential customers and build a strong customer pipeline
• Understand contacts' needs and problems by asking the right questions and listening
• Advise customers on how Pliant can deliver the most value
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive long-term growth

Requirements

• 2-4 years previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer facing role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Strong willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast paced Fintech environment
• Fluent German
• English or additional European languages would be an advantage, but not essential
• Berlin based ideally
• Hybrid work model in place
