What you do as Business Development Manager Emergency Response (DACH)
In this role, you are responsible for driving growth within the Emergency Response market in the DACH region. You will actively support partners and collaborate closely with customers to develop opportunities and strengthen our market position.
Below is an overview of your key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both DACH and Benelux
- Strengthen and further grow an already established DACH region
- Support sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Work closely with business partners to increase market penetration
- Support partners during customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Assist partners in developing sales opportunities and projects
- Build strong and trusted relationships with fire departments, industrial fire brigades, and emergency response organisations
- Function as a credible discussion partner for professionals in the field
- Develop long-term partnerships within the Emergency Response community
- Present solutions and support tender and project activities
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities
Customer & technical support:
- Support partners and end users with project development and specifications
- Act as a key contact for technical and commercial inquiries
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Gather market intelligence and identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain CRM data and provide forecasts
Internal collaboration:
- Work closely with Customer Service on daily operations, including inquiries and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities

Your profile
- Education : Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field
- Experience : Several years of experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role in an international environment
- Knowledge : Affinity with technical products and/or the Emergency Response market is a strong plus
- Languages : Fluent in German and English (Dutch or any other language is a plus)
- Availability : Full-time available and willing to travel regularly within the DACH region
- Personal traits : Entrepreneurial, proactive, result-oriented, communicative, analytical and relationship-driven
What we offer
Salary: Between € 65.000,- and € 100.000,- (including 8% holiday allowance)
Contract: Direct contract (fixed-term with prospect of permanent employment)
