Business Development Manager - Trade & Cash Solutions (m/f/d)

• Drive origination and growth of Trade Finance and Cash Management revenues
• Structure and deliver integrated trade, payments, and liquidity solutions
• Develop and manage senior client relationships and strategic opportunities
• Act as interface between clients, Coverage, Product, and Operations
• Support pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic planning

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in Global Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, and/or Cash Management
• Strong, proven business development and origination track record
• Deep understanding of corporate transaction flows and working capital
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
• High stress tolerance and excellent organization skills
• Strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written IT skills: MS 365, Excel, PowerPoint, AI
