Who are you?

• Minimum A-Level/Diploma/HND education, or administrative/office certificate
• Ideally 3-5 years of administrative & office management experience
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal English Language skills

What we can accomplish together:

We offer you the opportunity to join our UK Entity and work effectively with executive/senior management and European teams to handle requests and queries from other Kontron entities.

Key Tasks to include:

• Coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls & events
• Local administrative support to the central HR team – admin work on the cloud-HR system
• IT administration – updating asset information, logging IT support requests
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Book and manage occasional travel arrangements
• Ordering and maintaining the supplies, hardware, and equipment inventory
• Prepare expense forms for senior management when required
• General office management – updating document repositories – Insurance certificates, legal documents and signatures on company documents
