Business Sales Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will expand Gotion’s overseas footprint in Europe and Africa, driving sales and managing end-to-end project delivery. You will liaise with customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape pricing and proposals to win key projects. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure timely R&D and product delivery. • Expand business in Europe and Africa according to EU-AF strategy and achieve sales targets
• Identify key projects and manage sales matching for key customers, negotiating and signing contracts
• Communicate customer requirements through technical sales support
• Coordinate internal production resources to align R&D and product delivery
• Lead quotations across project phases by aligning pricing with market costs
• Organize meetings for issue resolution, process optimization, and post-sales coordination

• Bachelor's degree or above
• English fluency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) with a second language preferred
• Over 1 year of sales experience or technical experience in the new energy sector
• Strong teamwork, relationship management, and basic business etiquette
• Experience in project management and ability to work under travel requirements
• Negotiation skills and the ability to drive results
• Prior Gotion experience with at least 1 year is a plus
