Business Systems Analyst (Netsuite/Salesforce)

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that both Salesforce CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP systems are optimally implemented and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of these systems. Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for Salesforce CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce and NetSuite solutions
• Conduct testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure systems meet business requirements
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency, proposing practical solutions
• Liaise with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure successful project delivery

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in sales, finance, or operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
