Business Trainer – B2B Sales

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of trainings and learning journeys for mid-sized clients and large corporations
• Training and coaching projects for B2B and B2C sales
• Video productions as part of qualification and upskilling programs
• Development of training and coaching concepts in line with new standards

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience
• Substantial, proven sales experience
• Completed coaching qualification (min. 2 years of practical coaching experience)
• Understanding of motivational systems and the role of emotions
• Strong self-management skills
• Willingness to travel
