Your Ideal Profile
- BSc or Master Engineering degree from an accredited college or university/
- 1 to 3 years experience in Procurment / Process Engineering or Manufacturing
- Fluent English at negotiation level, other languages are a plus
- Strong skill in negotiating and developing and maintaining good supplier relationships that will serve TE’s needs
- Strong knowledge of SAP PR2 and MS-Office tools, primarily Excel, but also Word, PowerPoint and Project
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Experience in working with multicultural and cross disceplin Teams
- Ability to read and interpret product drawings and specifications / Termékrajzok
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly find solutions for new, never encountered, problematic situations
- Good knowledge in Project Management planning/tracking
- Ability to have interpersonal and political savvy to drive project teams
- Effectively lead meetings with both internal customers and external suppliers

Your Main Tasks
- Representing NPI Procurement within interdisciplinary Core Team (Regional with Enigineering, Finance, Quality, Business) in development process of new products.
- Creats and actively tracks RFQ´s within New Product Development Projects
- Creates needed Bidding overviews within New Product Development Projects
- Checks RFQ data in terms of completeness
- Reviewing and distributes offers towads the Core Team
- Perfomrs needed sourcing activities including negotiations at suppliers
- Initiates and tracks orders reltated to tools within New Product Development Projects
- Creates tool and equipment schedules to ensure needed Milestones
- Oordination with suppliers and activly tracking needed tool progress
- Organizes needed Deliverables according to QMP_EMEA088_ATT
- Basic Process Knowledge in:
- Molding
- Stamping
- Plating
- Assembly
- Machining
- Cold Forming
- Supports the Core Team to define most economical manufacturing concept
- Organizes and hosts technical reviews with Suppliers and Product Engineering
- Analyze and evaluates price trends on tool and part cost based on market data
- Estimates impacts on cost and timing related to tool modifications
- Drives internal/external escalatons independently
- Supports within the technology roadmap to ensure needed supply base accordingly
- Ensures to meet contracted Project Cost
- Distributes from Procurment to lessons learned activities within assigned product groups.
- Supports trail runs and process releases for supplier located production
- Basic understanding of market situation and customer requirements as well as adapting this information to the dedicated department .
- Supports within onboarding phase from new team members as assigned Buddy
- Comprehensive process understanding (TE processes)
