CC Administrator Team Leader (Fully Remote)

• Ensure exceptional, accurate, and timely Face to Face Services to customers.
• Meet operational requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate and present customer reports promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members, and develop systems for accurate data management.
• Run individual and team meetings, assist in department growth.
• Manage projects efficiently and conduct monthly assurance assessments.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 and minimum two years administration experience.
• Strong computer literacy, client service orientation, and natural leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong analytical skills.

• Act as a data translator and bridge gaps between admin and clinical teams.
