As Chief of Staff to the VP Platform Engineering, you act as the strategic hinge linking Core Platform teams with Heartbeat AI and VAL builder initiatives. You drive alignment, operational excellence, and execution across a global tech organization, shaping an AI-first engineering shift. You partner with leadership to coordinate cross-team programs, hiring, and culture, while translating complex data into actionable plans. • Coordinate and align across Core Platform domains and stakeholders
• Drive people initiatives including hiring, onboarding, and team culture
• Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for C-Level and internal meetings
• Lead strategic and operational projects from concept to delivery with measurable outcomes
• Support VP and engineering leads with day-to-day operations, planning, and administration
• Own AI-first enablement by tracking adoption and removing blockers

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a startup or demanding project management environment
• Structured, data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into action
• Strong cross-functional communication skills bridging engineers and business leaders
• Resilient, proactive, able to make high-quality decisions under pressure
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; comfortable with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Looker); experience with AI productivity tools
