Chief Product Officer; LightBox (Shelton, CT)100% remote; WFH. Develop product vision and strategy. Own full product lifecycle design, launch and development. Cross‑functional partnerships. Define requirements and roadmaps. Lead integration of emerging technologies. Collaborate with executive team. 15% domestic travel required.QualificationsAt least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Business or a related field, plus 8 years progressive experience as Product Manager or a related role leading and launching successful products, driving innovation and achieving business objectives.Minimum 8 years of experience overseeing UI/UX and digital technology projects.At least 5 years of experience leading cross‑functional product development in regulated environments such as financial services or real‑estate technology, with compliance and governance (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR).Experience building and commercializing API‑driven platforms or marketplaces, including third‑party integrations and ecosystem design.Knowledge of product M&A integration strategy, aligning acquired product lines, teams, and roadmaps post‑acquisition.Experience designing product organization structures, including OKRs, hiring strategies, and career frameworks.Resume to (ref. code J S)
