Job Title and Location

Client Advisor (W/M) – Munich Store, Munich, Germany

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique and extraordinary customer experience by leading on the sales floor.
• Achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Acquire technical sales skills for products to maximize opportunities.
• Complete necessary administration according to company policies.

Clienteling

• Maintain highest level of customer service, complying with Berluti’s standards and the sales ceremony.
• Develop new and existing relationships with local and international customers.
• Show strong product expertise and passion.
• Follow CRM practices – mailings, e-mails, thank‑you letters – and report to the Central team.
• Assist in after-sales service in line with Maison values.
• Stay informed about industry news and competitors.

Operations

• Participate in inventory checks, stocking, and restocking.
• Ensure compliance in all areas with Berluti policies on operations and security.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Meet all KPI objectives.
• Adhere to Visual Merchandising standards and store condition set by HQ.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
• Agile talent with a positive mindset and strong cross‑selling skills.
• Leadership for business results, passion for creativity and the Maison.
• Service‑oriented, good communication, teamwork at all times.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
