Client Relationship Lead

In this Client Relationship Lead role, you will serve as the primary expert for key stakeholders, ensuring seamless TOP service delivery and high client satisfaction. You’ll influence outcomes through strong cross-organization collaboration and strategic relationship-building across military and civilian partners. The role combines global scope with hands-on coordination of contracts, network access, and beneficiary services. You’ll drive impact by shaping TOP’s value proposition and stakeholder engagement on a global scale.

• Lead and coordinate overall KPI deliverables for Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) and manage broad stakeholder collaboration across TOP and clients
• Coordinate execution of tasks impacting MTF through in-country personnel (clinical/non-clinical) within the Area of Responsibility
• Identify and communicate client needs promptly to strengthen stakeholder relationships
• Provide ongoing education to stakeholders on TOP policy, processes, and self-service tools
• Ensure access to Host Nation Network for MTFs or military units/clinics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand internal operations and support contractual execution
• Represent customer and business voice by analyzing and documenting feedback to influence program direction
• Promote understanding of TOP’s value-added propositions to maximize benefits utilization
• Identify business opportunities and share best practices across colleagues and stakeholders
