Client Service Manager (m/f/x)

In this role you are the primary contact for customers and prospects, resolving inquiries via email and phone. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver swift, comprehensive answers and continuously grow your financial knowledge through training. You use customer feedback to drive improvements in product and processes. The position supports Scalable Capital’s mission by enhancing the customer experience in a fast-growing fintech environment. • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and prospects via email and phone
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries
• Continuously develop financial knowledge through training and self-learning
• Utilize customer feedback to identify product and process improvements

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Economics or related field, or completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship
• At least 1 year of practical experience in banking, FinTech, or financial services
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and/or in person
• Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
• Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
• Reliable team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English
