Clinical Contract Specialist / Clinical Study Agreements

• Leads global clinical study agreement (CSA) negotiations, driving document finalization across legal terms and investigator budgets.
• Serves as the primary SME for CSA issues, providing strategic resolution and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Engineers contract execution strategies and timelines, ensuring alignment with study start-up milestones.
• Develops contractual templates and payment terms in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Ops.
• Ensures budget compliance with Fair Market Value (FMV) and corporate standards during site negotiations.
• Manages real-time status tracking and systems updates for study-level progress.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience as a contract specialist
• Min 2 years in clinical trial agreements
• Salary between 55000 - 62000 euro gross
