Clinical Specialist DACH - Ormco & Spark - Remote based in the DACH area

Job Description

The Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be working remotely but based in the DACH area for Ormco and Spark Clear Aligner. You will be supporting the DACH/EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) with clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical perspective, and supporting clinical conversations with our doctors.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Escalate clinical questions and issues from doctors.
• Work proactively to address inquiries, complaints, and adverse events from DACH countries and EMEA doctors.
• Provide clinical customer support related to treatment planning, predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Education teams to create clinical content, e‑learnings, or training modules.
• Introduce the product portfolio from a clinical standpoint, highlight benefits, and ensure effective utilization while escalating training needs.
• Manage customer and internal inquiries submitted through internal platforms, ensuring timely follow‑up and excellent service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry, medicine, or orthodontics.
• Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics is highly preferred.
• Native level of German and fluent level of English are mandatory.
• Strong presentation skills, able to liaise with multiple key stakeholders, doctors, or business partners in the EMEA region.
• Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
• Other preferred qualifications: knowledge of any additional European language.
