Commercial Appraisal Review Officer (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Perform independent review of real estate appraisals of increased complexity for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Guide management and affiliate staff on risk management of complex real estate collateral.
• Assist in developing and coordinating corporate appraisal policy and appraisal review program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5 or more years of appraisal development and review experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $81,200.00 - $135,300.00 annually.
• Eligible for short-term incentive compensation plan based on individual and company performance.
