If this is your profile...

• You completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with specialization in accounting or finance
• You have practical experience in accounting
• You work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
• You have experience with common accounting software, e.g., Diamant
• You are well-versed in common Microsoft Office applications
• You have sound knowledge of German

• You take care of the ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You create and review invoices and ensure that they are processed correctly
• You handle payment transactions and ensure the proper accounting of outgoing payments as well as bank transactions
• You actively assist with the billing of travel expenses as well as the reimbursement of expenditures
• You assist with the creation and recording of provisions and accruals
• You support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Additionally, you can contribute to exciting projects for the continuous optimization of accounting processes
