Commodity Manager – Contract Manufacturer HLA (m/f/d)

As Commodity Manager for CM HLA, you will shape the sourcing strategy for higher level assemblies across contract manufacturers. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality materials at the best price while managing supplier risk and performance. You’ll monitor market trends, drive cost improvements, and align procurement efforts with broader supply chain and product development goals. This role offers meaningful impact by safeguarding supply continuity and optimizing total cost in a global, matrix environment.

• Develop and implement commodity strategies for Higher Level Assemblies with contract manufacturers
• Oversee supplier performance and ensure alignment with commodity strategy through performance measures
• Define sourcing strategy including spend, price trends, lead times, and cost-saving opportunities
• Manage contract coverage for strategic suppliers and determine required contractual elements
• Collaborate with R&D and product development on future technology demand for the commodity
• Monitor market risks and opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and cost

• 5+ years of experience in commodity management, sourcing or procurement
• Experience and industry knowledge of cm hla commodity
• Experience in negotiation and supplier management
• Experience working with globally matrix-organized teams across business units
